Hello Carol. Thank you for your candid review. I do apologize for the issues you experienced with our customer service telephone response. We have a new head of department now and we are expecting a much enhanced service here. Regarding Fedex, unfortunately we don't have any direct control over this, but have to say that generally they provide a very professional and speedy delivery service for us and have done for over 15 years. Usually delivery is seamless and quick but in the case of your shipment it appears the Fedex rep made a mistake. We will of course ensure this is rectified satisfactorily.

Hi I would appreciate if you could apply more pressure to Fedex. Just last week I received a collection notice from a collection agency. I guess they are in a hurry to collect from me. I couldn't wait any longer for you or your representative in Nairobi to correct this. I called them to refute the charge and they put the account in moratorium till they investigate the issue which they say can take 6 months. Please forward all your information to the relevant parties so Fedex can resolve it faster and call off collections. I do stand by all that I said in the feedback. I have enjoyed corresponding with Antony and Shelagh and wish them all the best. I would like to purchase more from them but this Fedex issue needs to be resolved faster. Thanks Carol
