We’re sorry to hear you weren’t 100% satisfied with the service you received from our team. We place great importance on listening to our customers and aim to provide a bespoke service tailored around their requirements which we felt we did in this case, with all 5 houses you viewed through us being larger than the property you were selling, either in terms of bedrooms or footprint. Communication plays a vital role in the service we provide throughout the sales process and we worked tirelessly to get your sale completed within 10 weeks. However, whilst our Sales Progression team regularly updated you and chased 3rd parties as much as possible, there are unfortunately some things which are beyond our control and can cause delays, especially when taking into account the Xmas holiday period.
