Hi,

I'm sorry you find it uncomfortable. If you're finding it too hard, which can sometimes happen as one's firmness preference is entirely personal, you can remove some of the stuffing with the zip provided. With regards to it being made of man-made fibre. Yes, it is stuffed with polyester hollow-fibre. It is high quality and non-toxic unlike memory foam. The pillow itself is made of 100% cotton.

Hi,

I'm sorry you find it uncomfortable. If you're finding it too hard, which can sometimes happen as one's firmness preference is an entirely personal preference, you can remove some off the stuffing with the zip provided.

With regards to it being made of man-made fibre. Yes, it is stuffed with polyester hollow-fibre. It is high quality and non-toxic unlike memory foam. The pillow itself is made of 100% cotton.
