I am sorry you are disappointed with your delivery. We use DPD as our main courier because in our experience they offer a range of options in case you are not in when they attempt delivery. 1) When placing your order you can provide delivery instructions which appear on the delivery label and on the drivers delivery device. 2) When you receive your email confirmation from DPD you can add update your delivery instructions or reschedule the delivery by following the links on the DPD email. 3) If you have provided a mobile number when placing your order you will receive a text on the morning of the delivery with the 1-hour delivery window. If you are going to be out you can add delivery instructions or reschedule your delivery for another day. 4) if you are unable to contact DPD you can contact us and we will add the delivery instructions or reschedule the delivery for you. In the event that you have not used any of the above options the DPD driver will only leave the parcel if they believe it is safe to do so. We also receive a photo of the delivery enabling us to verify both location and condition of the delivery.
