Hi Susan, thanks for leaving feedback, we really appreciate it. Your order was placed at 12.22 on Friday 22nd Jan 2021. Your first bag arrived with you at 9.47am on Saturday 23rd Jan. You emailed to ask where your second bag was and I explained in a reply on Monday 25th Jan that your second bag was also on its way to you and advised that it would be with you between 12.10 and 13.10 that day. It actually arrived with you at 12.10. We were able to deliver both bags to you within the 7 days we allow for delivery, in fact you received both bags by the next working day as we do not usually rely on weekend deliveries. I am very sorry that you didn't receive both boxes together.
