I am so sorry to hear your labels haven't arrived. We shipped them out to you within 24 hours of ordering 2 weeks ago. We naturally presume they have arrived safely but now we are aware of the situation I will private email you and check we have the correct mailing address and sort this out with you. Labels are good. Had problems wit shipping, ask for a refund for shipping.
Paid extra for two day shipping. It took a week. I asked for a refund on shipping and never heard back or received a credit.
