My goodness Lisa why didn't you call and let us know? Our customer service team are always available to help and your labels that we sent out, within 24 hours as promised from ordering, we presume unless we hear have arrived safely. Now we are aware of the situation we will private email you to check we have the correct shipping address and get an immediate replacement set on its way. I am so sorry to hear the labels we shipped out to you on 08/31 have not arrived. Unfortunately unless we hear from you we presume everything is as it should be, I wish you had of called then we would have sorted the matter out immediately. I will private email you to check we have the correct shipping address and get an immediate replacement set on its way. I apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused and now we are aware of the situation that we can rectify it. Sadly standard untracked mail is still a little unpredictable. Kind regards Matt

I'm so glad to hear they have arrived. Hopefully you can see byfrom the postal mark we sent them on the 31st and it is shocking how long that has taken, I'm so sorry.
