wonderful weeks

Efficient but a little inflexible

Hello L, thank you for making the effort to leave us some feedback. We would have gladly given you a deal for length of stay but the booking was already discounted at the start of your stay and we did not have any more margin to reduce.

Hello L, thank you for the useful feed back. We will have to check what has happened to the oven instructions. Washer dryers are not robust machines. The Dryer function is not as effective as if you have a free standing dedicated machine and really only appropriate for a small number of items at any one time. Space constraints in London don't always allow for both a washer and dryer so the combo machines are a compromise.
