Hello Joe, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We do note on all of our property details the floor a property is on and if the building has a lift or not. So yes, it is important to read them - I know many people rely mostly on the photos. With regards to your allergic reaction we have been trying to work out what could have caused this but are struggling to find an answer. We have also not had similar reports but we will keep an eye on this. 11.00 am departure is actually quite late for a self catering flat - many have a 10.00 departure - and it is necessary as we frequently have people leaving and departing the same day. That said, we do allow people to leave bags at the flat whilst housekeeping are preparing for the next let and this is a great help to most people. I do hope you have plans to return to London, and suggest we have a chat on the phone when you start your search so we can better understand your requirements.

Just about adequate
On arrival the flat was cold (12 deg C). The heating was not on and the lady with the key did not know how to make the heating work. After an engineer came it took 5hrs to heat the flat to 19 deg C. ...

Hello A, I am sorry to hear that your stay was not as good as it should have been. As you know we do not manage this flat so your feedback here is the first we heard of the problems you had. Nevertheless we have raised your issues with the property manager and they have promised us they have them in hand. Hello S, thank you for the feedback and your patience. it seems that great minds do think alike because we have already implemented our plan B key collection strategy, directly after you arrived. It is not uncommon for people to be delayed in transit and not to arrive at the agreed time. They now know in advance where to go if they can not make it to the flat and are having problems with their phones. I hope you have plans to return to London and we will be very happy to accommodate you again.

Hello Rick, I am saddened to hear you were not entirely satisfied by your flat. I have looked though our records and I can not find any emails from yourself during your stay. We do not manage this flat but we do take bookings for it on behalf of the property managers. Presumably you corresponded directly with the property manage during your stay? I am at least pleased to hear that they were kind to you, but for future reference it would be useful for us to hear of any problems whilst in residence so we can try and assist. I do hope you have not been put off and will return to us for future visits. Maybe we can offer a more upmarket home next time round.
