Many thanks for your comments. All the feedback we receive whether good or bad is appreciated. Looking at your records we initially arranged a life insurance policy for you in Aug 2011. Our normal procedure would be to review the policy after about 3 years or earlier if there have been significant changes in either industry underwriting practices or in your own personal health situation. I see that we did actually review the policy for you (at your request) in late 2012 but unfortunately the premium we could secure was actually dearer than your old policy so there was no advantage to yourself to change. Under our normal procedures we would be in contact again later this year to review your policy. If however you wish us to review earlier than this the please feel free to contact me and I'll arrange for your case to be re-evaluated. Paul Mellor Managing Director
