The gift was great but I paid for express delivery (the next day - Saturday) but the item did not arrive until the Monday. The money was refunded for the express delivery charge.
I wanted to track the package, as I had ordered from France for delivery in Scotland. Could not figure out how to track. May be my lack of computer skills.
The order came through very quickly and arrived on time. My only issue is that the personalisation I had done to the item was not in the centre as it should of been so it looked like it had been...
