I am very sorry to hear about all the issues you have experienced with your order.
Unfortunately without an order number being present I am unable to comment on your individual case.
We do need to be notified of any damages within 72 hours of receipt with all evidence provided which includes full images of the product, any other item such as samples/dispatch note that has been received. We do also require full images of the outer packaging.
At this point we then review the evidence provided.
I am very sorry that the outcome of this was not what you expected.
If you wish to send all evidence to us again to customerservice@thefragranceshop.co.uk with the subject COMPLAINT I would be happy to review this for you, however I cannot guarantee a different outcome if this has been previously reviewed.
