Thanks for your feedback. I can see the order you placed was for items that were on pre order. When placing an order online and selecting a pre order item, it advises that the order will be dispatched once all items are available. I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

I think they could make some of the t shirts cheaper and the tickets
