We had our annual PAT testing and new to us, FAT testing of all our communal heaters, however none of the heaters were actually tested as they do not have fuses?! they all have stickers to indicate...

Our engineers were assigned to FACT test all heaters in the communal areas & FAT test any other fixed appliances. FACT testing includes the FAT testing as well as the cleaning of the heater. We carry out an earth test on the heaters by placing a probe on the screw of the socket and a crocodile clip on the heater. We do this as we are unable to isolate each individual heater to take the face plate off. I hope this answers your query. Thank you for your review / query.

Efficient and courteous visit
Arrived when appointment was arranged,. Pleasant young man. Seemed to complete the job very quickly, with no problems. He even found an additional kettle I had forgotten to put out.
