The ring I purchased had some1 elses initials on it. My name is Khaleel and purchaseda ring in May/June last year. I am very dissapointed

It's a shame you didn't ring us when you received the ring because we could have explained what the initials and marks were. They are the hallmarks!!! All our jewellery has the manufacturers mark and hallmark as required by UK law. Rest assured that these are the initials on your ring... Gary Ingram
