Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to the team and followed up with your travel incentives, this has now been processed and the money will reach you within 5-10 days, I apologise for the delay. With regards to your concerns, all our vehicles undergo an independent MOT and a 128 point inspection to ensure they are fit for the road. The rear windscreen wiper does not build part of the MOT test, however I understand our Aftersales team are working with you and are awaiting quotes to progress with your concerns. Hello, Apologies for the confusion, I was under the impression the money was being sent via bank transfer and not cheque. I have followed up on this and the cheque was posted on the evening of the 25th, so should reach you shortly. You are correct that your car could fail an MOT if your front wipers are not up to standard, however the same principle does not apply to the rear wiper, as not all cars have one as standard, meaning it is not part of an MOT check. As a specialist lender, we do things differently, which allows us to help those who have struggled to attain finance elsewhere. Our underwriting processes are not based on credit scores, they are a manual review of affordability. In some circumstances, this process can be completed in as little as three days, but we are reliant on documentation and communication with the applicant.
