Good Afternoon Mr Orr, We are sorry to learn that you have some level of dissatisfaction in relation the repairs completed at your property, especially as this is contrary to the initial feedback received. Having reviewed the file, we can see that new turf was laid to the affected areas, along with some seeding to smaller patches, naturally the turf does require regular watering or rain whilst it establishes. As outlined in our email on 14th August, your repairs are covered by a 24 month warranty, during which we will address any issues related to defective workmanship or materials.
