Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I thought the email I received was from one of these annoying survey people and as I had not yet been to the property I have booked it seemed irrelevant. Now I have spoken to Chris, who explained that it is a family business and I was being aslked about the booking service, I am very happy to give it a top rating and also impressed with the personal call to sort this out.
