Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry that you felt that our service could have been better on your recent cruise. Unfortunately we are unable to narrow down a time-window on the day for collections on the Isle Of Wight. This is due to us requiring an affiliated courier to collect the luggage on our behalf and deliver to us, as we don't have our own vans operating on the Island. As was the case with your booking, we will always arrange a convenient day for yourself, so that you know which day to expect the driver.
Upon return to Southampton, we do require you to hand the luggage over to us, as it needs to clear customs with you present. We are simply not allowed to collect this on your behalf from the hall, but will always ensure our van is located directly outside the cruise terminal.
