I'm sorry that you had difficulty finding us when you disembarked the ship. Our van was parked directly outside the exit doors, to the right as you leave customs. This is the exit to the pick-up area and coaches. At all terminals, we are located as close to the exit doors as possible, as we have an allocated parking spot granted to us by the Port Management.
It appears that the directions you have gained from a representative, is where to find the car park for collecting your car. This would not have been a Baggage Handling Company representative who gave you these directions, as he would have been with our vehicle. I'm sorry that on this occasion you were given incorrect directions, as usually the passenger assistants located around the terminal know exactly where to direct you.
Our apologies that your experience was less than perfect on this occasion and we hope to see you again in the future.
