Both bags delivered to ship on time but was a day late on return journey meaning I had to remain in house all day for no reason. Score should be 4.5

Due to where you live, we have to rely on using a courier to service your area and with the distance involved, there was unfortunately a delay in making an overnight connection. We're sorry the delay wasn't brought to our attention, so we could pass this onto you.
