I'm sorry to hear of any damage to your case upon the return. Please contact us by phone/email and we'll be happy to investigate this further for you. Our driver takes care to strap cases within the van to minimise any risk of damage.
Due to the distance travelled between Scotland and Southampton, it is necessary for us to collect and deliver cases during the same journey. This way we can provide much shorter lead times for collections and deliveries.
