Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay on your case reaching home. Unfortunately we only learned of the delay at 2.30pm when the courier notified us, at which point we were able to contact and let you know. The delay was due to the backlog at the couriers caused by the extra freight being processed after the Bank Holiday. This resulted in your case missing its connection overnight, and not reaching your local depot in time for delivery on the same day. We will do everything possible to minimise these delays in the future.
