Good planning from receipt of the order. Good time keeping. Cases have not been damaged and arrive on time. Staff always cheery, helpful and responsive to any requests.

Friendly driver picked bag up from house as agreed-time and place. Van was waiting with obvious BHC logo at entrance to cruise terminal ready to accept the bag. Gave us a date and time to expect it...
