Actually collect suitcases on day/date as per instructed . Not left for myself to phone to ask why they had not been picked up two days later!

Thank you for your feedback We're very sorry there was an issue with the collection for your luggage. We do unfortunately have to rely on a courier to cover North East Scotland usually, as our own vehicles rarely travel further than Aberdeen. There was no reason as to why the cases were not collected on the date stated, and we were not made aware by the courier that they were having any issue in carrying out our request. This was raised to the management of the depot and we will strive to ensure that delays are minimised in the future. Our apologies once again about this delay, but hope you had a very enjoyable cruise.

An excellent and efficient service!
