Shame about courier they used
Over all we had a good experience with the BHC more than could be said about the courier they sent to collect my cases from my address as my wife took the day off to wait for the luggage to be taken...

good but stressfull on return to Southampton.
Friendly van drivers.
Cases arrived as we left them.
Bit of a mix-up on our return to Southampton. Couldn't find the van or driver.
No one to contact as the telephone number we had automatically went...
