Dear Mr McConville, Thank you for the feedback and although in your particular case we could have done better especially with brochure information, I believe your review is unfair. We make huge attempts to help every customer and Charlotte in particular is a great team member with zero complaints against her over four years of being with The Adventure People. I do not believe for a moment Charlotte did not try to help you. The reason Charlotte directed you to our partner is because she didn't have all of the answer, she was providing an alternative solution, not 'fobbing you off' and this was after extensive email correspondence with your party. We received over 45 questions from your party within 48 hours of the trip beginning. Charlotte provided the answers she could which was especially difficult given the 6 hour time difference. We have updated our documentation but not to the extent of trying to predict the weather (we can't!, we can only give general information) nor clarifying you get fresh sheets when you stay at a hotel (I can confirm, you do at almost every 3 star hotel in the world). Thank you for your feedback Mr McConville. As I noted, we did our very best with what actually turned out to be 60 questions within 48 hours of the trip starting,. I also noted that I agree we did make some errors, now rectified and we could not answer some of the questions. We also provided a solution. I have apologised.
