Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Just regards the transfers, we do not provide our own transfer service so all extras like these are booked directly with the tour operator - in this case Intrepid Travel - and we do not add any levy or admin fee to this. So it is the same price you'd pay if you booked directly with the tour operator. We do offer lower deposits of just £50 to secure your trip if you book through us. We also offer a Best Price Promise to be the lowest price for every trip guaranteed.
