How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Victoria, Thank you for your feedback. I have taken it on board and am looking into what we can improve. I think your review is slightly disingenuous as I can see you emailed on Oct 2nd at around 13:00 and we replied at around 17:30 the same day, We explained the partner would contact you. On October 7th you emailed again at around 15:00 and we replied at 13:00 the following day with more information. I am sorry and shocked you felt conned. We had sent all details to your My Account records where you can view and download, We do not 'con' anyone as we're a legitimate business as the vast majority of our reviews demonstrate. I would be happy to publish the email chain here if that's OK with you. Please let me know. As mentioned though, I will be reviewing our processes and seeing what we can do better to ensure no customer feels lost of any anxiety over this booking. Best wishes,
