We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the training you received from AA|BSM Driving Instructor Training.
We understand that it is disappointing to fall short of the standards required to pass the DVSA Part 2 Driving Ability Test. We would always look to provide remedial training after a failed test attempt to support our trainee instructors, unfortunately there was not adequate time due to the determination to take a second attempt only a few days after the first attempt on this occasion.
For our trainee driving instructors who do find they are on a 3rd attempt at part 2, we do provide the opportunity of additional mentor support with our regional training team and we are pleased that this was able to be provided in this circumstance and that you are now able to continue working towards your complete qualification.
For clarity it is important to recognise that our trainers are qualified AA|BSM Driving Instructor Trainers and not as suggested trainee instructors. Each trainer is specially selected and trained to deliver our Driving Instructor Training course to a high standard and monitored consistently. However, we also recognise that there is sometimes a need to change allocation of trainers and we are pleased to have been able to have accommodated your request as training continues.
Thank you for your feedback, congratulations on passing your Part 2 and we look forward to working with you towards your Part 3.
