I also took out breakdown service but as of yet I have received no information on how to use this service No phone number no reference if I was to breakdown Not really great having paid the money...

If you've purchase your membership online/over the phone, you would have been provided with your membership number and emergency telephone number (0800 88 77 66) at the end of your purchase. Should you require our service before receiving your details, we can locate your policy by using your personal details. We hope this helps.
