We do offer a return service for unsuitable items should the goods be in their original condition, but you mention you have washed the item. It is regrettable you did not contact us regarding the issue before the alteration as this makes the goods non-returnable. However, it is our aim to retain you as a satisfied customer and we will contact you directly with a resolution.
