I am sorry you still haven't received your order Ryan. As you know we have sent your order out twice now, once on the 6th March and then again on the 27th March as the first did not arrive. We are now at a loss as where to go from here as the goods have been dispatched to the address given.

I am so sorry that you are not happy with the product you bought from us.  You have not indicated the nature of the problem so please would you contact us about this so that we can help get your product working for you. It looks like you did not notice that we are based in the UK but our contact information is on our website.  Our prices are quoted in dollars because people all over the world understand dollars for more easily than our own currency. We would very much like to sort this out for you so please do get in touch and we will do our best to help.

I appreciate you responding. I sent 3 emails to your company to try and resolve the issue with the stimulant sock for the tens unit. They suggested that I moisten the sock to make it work, still nothing. 2nd email was saying I would be returning the product, without realizing I would be charged a customs fee. My last correspondence was inquiring if I would be reimbursed for the customs fee. Your company stated I would not be reimbursed the customs fee. It wasn't worth the money to send the socks back. I have since thrown them in the trash. They didn't work, at all! Very disappointing.

Hi Cynthia, I am sorry there was a problem with your order. The zip code that was entered at the time of ordering would have been the one we dispatched to, I think the reason you did not receive the 1st order was because it was lost in the post so as a gesture of good will we sent another belt pouch to you free of charge. We hope this will not put you off ordering from us in the future as it was an error beyond our control.
