After reviewing your trip, our understanding is that our team remained in consistent communication before, during, and after your travels, and addressed updates as they arose. Some itinerary adjustments can occur during peak seasons, and we always work to communicate these in advance while ensuring that the core elements of each trip remain as booked.
When a change did come up, our team acted quickly to assist. We covered the cost of a hotel night for your group, secured last-minute dinner reservations, reimbursed certain expenses, and worked with our supplier to ensure your refund in Inverness was fully processed.
