In starting was good but after 2 week very slow and sometime home screen not working need to switch off again and again then appear main screen

Awesome picture quality, great aesthetics, loud sound. However, response is a bit on the slower side and sound quality could be better (bass etc.). Overall, happy with the purchase.

Appliance faulty less than 3 weeks after purchasing. TCL customer service ; very poor , still waiting for an engineer to come and fix the faulty appliance .
