As the driver mentioned, we always try to notify our customers as soon as we notice that something may not be going that well. The contact phone number used, is always the one the client filled up in their form. Please note that if someone else booked the booking for you, this message may have been sent to them instead of your phone number. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
