You were charged twice because you placed two separate orders. The first order was cancelled and refunded upon your request and paypal have confirmed that you have received the funds on the date that you requested the refund by closing your dispute in paypal.
There is also another dispute open for the goods you have had delivered on the second order you placed stating item not received when you have had the goods since the 20th December.
After ordering my goods on line , I had continuous step by step off we’re my goods where and one they would be dispatched , even an estimated time off delivery. How good is that !! .

Unfortunately we did have a stock issue, which we informed you of as soon as we became aware there was an issue. We offered a full refund, for part of your order to be sent out and the rest to follow or to wait until the full order was available. You confirmed to us that you would wait to receive the full order together when the delayed item was available.
We apologise if you do not feel there was enough communication with regards to your order and of course that there was a delay in your order being received.
The order went smoothly, good value and prompt delivery in time for Christmas, yes I would recommend shopping with Taskers and would buy from them again.
