Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for the delay with delivery of your order. This item is currently with our couriers however, as we have explained, they have been unable to deliver to your location due to the heavy snow in your area resulting in the couriers not being able to reach you.
As we have advised they will be in contact to arrange a suitable delivery date on Tuesday
