Please accept our apologies once again for this mix up. With regards to the He-Shi product in question, we were given very mixed information from the supplier and unfortunately this didn't help us in our communications regarding your order. As soon as it became clear that we were unable to fulfil your order, we took the necessary steps to contact you and let you know the situation.
A full refund was processed on the 30th November which should be in your account within 3-5 working days. If it hasn't reached you by Thursday please do let us know and we'll query this with the bank.
The credit note that you were issued was in addition to your refund and was solely for business purposes so you could keep your accounts updated, as we confirmed in our email.
As I believe you are aware, we have now been informed that He-Shi are manufacturing a replacement product which we are expecting in-store in January 2018. If you would like us to contact you once these reach us, we will be happy to do so.
