Hi Jim,

Thanks for your feedback.

Please accept my apologies for your experience and let me explain a couple of points:

VMS does not come with a manual, whether it be a brand new system or an ex-demo one. The only paperwork that is included with VMS is the postcard with the activation code on it, which isn't applicable to demo units as they have already been used.

The manual is only available online, and can be found here: http://download.slatedigital.com/vmr/Virtual%20Microphone%20System%20-%20Quick%20Start.pdf

The missing activation code had to be retrieved from Slate Digital, who are only in the office from 6pm UK time, which explains the delay in getting you your code.

Hope this clarifies our side of things for you.
