Swell don't actually sell Dino x, they send Dino M - and it takes a threatening email to initiate a return, let alone a refund.

Most of the daphnia were dead by the time the packets arrived. Ordered & paid for on 14th March, posted from a supplier on Monday 22nd March, they arrived on Thursday 26th March.

Product is good but the service from Swell was terrible . Took a month to get a replacement and shocking customer service . The product NT Labs koi food is great , just buy it from another supplier...
