Many thanks for your recent order, and for taking a little time out to complete the review. In answer to your query, I would first of all like to reassure you that we do not carry any returned/second-hand equipment; we order the Vortec filters in as required when a purchase is made (hence the short delay for delivery) directly from Oasis, who also, as you may imagine, do not deal in second-hand stock. It's possible that the filter had collected a little dust, perhaps, prior to coming in to us, but it would not have been anything, I'm sure, other than brand new.
