I have bought lots of plants from Suttons, some better than others but if I send a message your customer service either replaces or refunds which is very good.

Slightly disappointed but still hopeful for a good display
Fairly easy to order and delivery was as expected. Unable to comment usefully on the plants themselves as they are still small but most of them are alive and growing

Customer service usually good at resolving issues.
Plants generally reasonable quality/value. Good customer service, though I've experienced issues with delays, incorrect order picking and unreliable delivery (Yodel).
