Very poor customer service. No communication about delays. I had to ask for updates before suddenly the bulbs arrived the next day. Would have been quicker to go to a nursery. Very disappointed

I am sorry if you have had a bad experience with us. I can see we have been communicating via email and apologised for any inconvenience caused with the order. The outstanding item on your order was cancelled and refunded as requested. The data erasure request was noted and a colleague of mine had already started the process of deleting your details. This has now been fully completed and you should stop receiving any of our emails. I do apologise again for any inconvenience.
