Our records show that you've not only had access to quite a number of surveys from us, but have been paid for completing a large number of these. All of those payments were sent with a few hours, with many being sent and received instantly.
These payments have been consistently over the last few months, and your review does not really tie in with the service you've received.
Perhaps you'd like to share the full details of that, or explain why it's been left out?
In relation to any negative balances. If your account receives reversals then it's the result of the surveys not being completed correctly and that is your responsibility. The downside of that is if your advertisers see you don't complete surveys correctly, they will offer you less opportunities.
