Sorry to read your review Mr Lamptey. I'd just wish to reassure you that we didn't intentionally ignore you. On the day you called us to cancel you booking, we advised we would call you back. Our teams were particularly busy on that day and admittedly, were not able to call you back in the timescale you demanded and we do acknowledge that you called us several times that day to tell us you were not happy with our response times. We are very sorry that we were not able to deal with it immediately for you, but in fairness, you did challenge the loss of the small deposit that you had paid and the matter was delayed by your insistence that we listened to the telephone call from the time of booking the day before. Your cancellation and refund was confirmed by the end of that same day as we had promised. Sorry once again that you were not happy with the service received.
