Very slow delivery and no response from customer service when I sent an email. Their products are more expensive than others and in two weeks they have worn off the childrens water bottles! Will...
The product itself is good, however my order wasn't sent out until 10 days after ordering when I chased it. Not brilliant considering i needed them ready for back to school.
Labels came off after first wash - really disappointed ☹️
Now will have to stitch them on.
Labels are so cute and grandchildren loved them - shame that not what was promised.
