I got email to say strings being delivered but package hasn't arrived 2 days later. You need better postage, delivery always too slow.

Hello Kevin, Thank you for writing this review. I'm disappointed to hear that the delivery's been slow on this order. I need to dig a bit deeper to figure out why it's taking so long; the Royal Mail tracking updates show it's taken 3-days to get across the Irish Sea!! However, it is out for delivery this morning. We choose our delivery services based on experience, and our current rate is nearly 100% next weekday delivery on every UK-mainland order.
