Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate the delivery can feel like it’s taking a while when you need your screen to allow fresh air into your house. I’ve looked into the history. Your order was placed on 24th June and we shipped 10th July, exactly to the 12 working day published lead time. We always try to improve on our lead times but we do find it difficult during the busy summer months.
