Good college but would have liked a little more help and advice when I ran into a problem with the kit I was supposed to receive.

Good college overall but they need to rethink which courses you can actually do as a home study course. eg. Nail technician level 3 not really good for a home study course as you get no practical help.

Thank you for your feedback on your Nail Technician - Professional course. We’re sorry to read that the course didn’t meet your expectations. Our nail technician courses provide in-depth information on the theories and techniques for effective care of clients’ nails, hands and feet. While they are theory based courses, they do come with professional nail kits that include instructional DVDs to demonstrate particular techniques described throughout the course. And we do encourage students to seek out additional resources for information to supplement their learning, be that through YouTube videos or other text references. The more information you take in, the more effective you will be in your role as a nail technician. Additionally, we offer optional practical training at several centres throughout the UK should you wish to gain more practical tuition and experience.

Kit wasn't to the quality I expected, definitely not worth the amount they say it is. False nails clippers are ones I could have easily brought online on ebay. No DVD or instructional videos to show me how to get the correct consistency beads. Had to turn to Youtube!!!! Not exactly professional! Only marked on my assignments and no actual practical work so no idea if I was getting the correct thickness or advice on how I could work on my techniques. Very disappointing and for the price I paid I don't think it was worth it. I say go to a local college and get practical help.
